Situated in the outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne in beautiful Ferntree Gully and opened in May of 2003, WINNING PHYSIQUE has easily established itself as one of Melbourne's best training facilities.

After years of frustration and disappointments working in large, impersonal commercial gyms, we decided to start up our own with a simple philosophy.....give your members what they want!

It's such a simple concept but most gyms have no idea what their members needs are or, if they do, simply don't care. Large franchise type gyms are ruining this industry. Credit card details are their main concern with pushy sales staff and uncaring instructors who only offer to help if you pay them personal training fees. What a joke! What happened to good old-fashioned friendly service? We pride ourselves in offering you, our members, the best service, the best facilities and the best results!

WINNING PHYSIQUE has a friendly and positive atmosphere, where everybody is welcome. Members range from some of Melbourne's best bodybuilders, to state volleyball champions, celebrities, 12-week challenge champions, world powerlifting champions and members as young as 12 and as old as 60! Everybody's goals and efforts are respected here!

Specialising in bodybuilding contest preparation, WINNING PHYSIQUE can currently claim over 100 first, second and third placing's and Best Poser trophies, won by people we have personally trained or use our facilities. With state, national and international success, our members have proved that you don't have to train in a warehouse size gym to be successful.

Although only open for a short period of time, WINNING PHYSIQUE has received great exposure in the media. Featured on Today Tonight with 'truck-puller' and World Powerlifting Champion, Stacey Sullivan and also on Stripsearch with Jake Lowe, now a member of Aussie Storm. Jake is trained by Vicki and is a friendly and popular member.

Australia's best junior bodybuilder, and WINNING PHYSIQUE member, Aaron Smith, is to feature in a soon-to-be-released documentary on bodybuilding, based loosely on the old 70's movie, Pumping Iron. With coverage in our local newspapers, The Weekend Australian, Ironman, Australian Natural Body Magazine, and a finalist in the Leader Knox Business Awards after only 3 months of trading, we have made a big impact in a short period of time. With over 35 years experience between us, can help you reach your goals.
